Our largest solar panel charges your Go-Pod’s leisure battery faster, even on dull days.
Save camping fees by opting to stay on non-electric hook up pitches, using your 12V electrics.
Impressed that the solar panel generates enough power to keep the battery topped up, enabling us to wild camp and have essential lights. No maintenance and power for free even on a cloudy day.
This is described as an optional extra however in my opinion it’s an essential piece of kit for the pod. It’s looks after your battery and the battery fires up your pods resources. You need one non negotiable.
The solar panel just sits there and does its own thing. It keeps the battery topped up on our storage site where there is no access to electricity. This means that we don't have to keep taking the battery out to charge it up. For us, another absolutely essential piece of kit. I suppose it is something we take for granted now but, without it, we might have a bit of messing around to keep our battery topped up as we would have to take it out and take it home without this.
Never had a flat leisure battery yet in our Go Pod Plus. Upgraded to the 100W version as we want to camp off hook up more. Good investment for us.
